Let it Snow.....

We have had the must unbeleivable weather this past week. It has not snowed this much in the Portland area since 1968. Bill and I got out and played in it as much as a 5 month preggo lady can do.

My sister's friend Stacy is having a baby boy, so jenny threw a shower for her and asked me to make the cake. This is what it looked like. I think this might be one of the cutest I have done.

Bill and I went on a world wind tour of parties in Kansas City, MO. When we arrived on Wednesday, Brooke threw Doug a surprise 30th birthday party, followed by Showers, pedis, Rehersal Dinner and then the BIG day. We had a great time!

First 5 K

Sunday I ran my first 5K for the Livestrong Challenge at Nike. It was so much fun. I finished it 36:34.093 not award winning but I was happy.

UPDATE

As some of you may or may not know we were having a hard time getting the disk of our wedding photos... well since out 2 year wedding anniversary is almost here and after a few threating to sue her, emails and letters we finally got our disk. It is like getting married all over again but without the stress. So here are some photos from that special day!

40th Wedding Anniversary

I just wanted to say how proud I am to have the Parents I do. They just celebrated their 40th Wedding Anniversary. There are not a lot of couples out there that get to this miles stone. The truly love each other more and more each day. Thank you mom and dad for teaching your children the importance of working together in a marriage and that it takes hard work.

Biggest Loser

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!

Today I am one year older! My wonderful co-workers surprised me with a Bob Harper Biggest Losers Birthday theme. Besides being one of my favorite reality shows, Nike is also doing there own version which I am a contestant. So instead of the cakes and other goodies we celebrated with fruit! Thanks guys!!!!

Jbean in Business

I registered in the State of Oregon. Jbean Design LLC is a legitimate buisness in the eyes of the state, and all my fabric purchases are now tax wright offs! So hopefully soon I will have the website up and running. I will be selling purses, baby bibs, burp cloths and other items. So if you are interested let me know. Amelia's Birthday

A friend of mine at work asked me to make her daughter's birthday cake. I accepted the challenge and a wiggles cake was born. I did leave off the hair and Kristen later added it in with a magic marker. It turned out really cute!

Goodwill!?!

I think my family maybe the only people who do this. We gathered for a girls weekend and in two days shopped 6 Goodwills in the Portland/Metro area. That is some seriouse bargin shopping. I am sorry to say that there are no pictures of mutliple outfits tried on.
